Welcome to the SHRM - Central New Jersey Chapter of SHRM! We are delighted to count you among our friends and colleagues. This chapter has enjoyed decades of success due to the commitment of new and veteran members. I am confident you will find many opportunities for learning and expanding your HR network.
In case you were not aware, our chapter is a 100% National Chapter. This means every SHRM - CNJ member is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management National – all 350+ of us! We’ve also been identified as a ‘Superior Merit Award’ winning chapter for over 15 years. This recognition by SHRM National is provided only to those chapters who meet their high standards for chapter operation and dedication to the profession and its members.
I’m sure you’ll find that the more meetings you attend the more friends you’ll make, and the more valuable your membership will become. In our efforts to provide diverse program topics, some sessions may be of greater interest to you than others. I still encourage your active participation as you never know who else will be in attendance. Come and learn about new legislation, get the latest legal news, and hear about the experiences of others. Of course, you’re always welcome to bring a friend!

OUR HISTORY
Chartered in 1970, SHRM - Central New Jersey has earned Superior Merit Award distinction from SHRM national every year since 1991 for adopting stellar, knowledge-driven programs and supportive systems for its members.
