This session breaks down the strict ABC test, the impact of the East Bay Drywall decision, and what the NJDOL’s proposed regulations mean for your workforce. Walk away with practical strategies to reduce risk and protect your business.

  2. Preparing for and Responding to Administrative Charges filed with the EEOC and NJ Division on Civil Rights (DCR): (Presented by Opeyemi Adkine) - This session walks through strategic position statement development, evidence preservation, and effective witness interviews, along with key considerations for mediation. Learn how to respond confidently and position your organization for the best possible outcome.

  3. Navigating the Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act: Compliance and Risk Mitigation in 2026: (Presented by Kevin Amici) - This session explores key requirements, including how to identify proper comparators, conduct pay audits, and apply available defenses such as seniority, merit, and legitimate non-discriminatory factors. Gain practical guidance to proactively address risk and ensure your compensation practices stand up to scrutiny.
