Event Description
Burnout is no longer an individual problem—it’s an organizational risk. Recent research shows that 66% of employees report experiencing burnout, impacting everyone from early-career talent to senior leaders and the C-suite. Left unaddressed, burnout fuels disengagement, absenteeism, turnover, and lost productivity—costing organizations time, talent, and trust.
This session equips HR professionals with a clearer understanding of burnout’s root causes and practical strategies to address it—both systemically and individually—so people can perform well without running on empty.
Learning Objectives
-
Identify primary drivers of burnout and recognize early warning signs before performance declines
-
Uncover strategies that help teams reduce overload, set boundaries, and recover energy while meeting business demands
-
Set the table to build a case for securing leadership support and directing resources toward resolving burnout
